Firefox 28 Aurora Implements VP9 Video Decoding and Gamepad API


Mozilla has finally brought the pre-Beta release of Firefox which is currently on version 28. Firefox 28 Aurora is mainly focused on developer tools and APIs. Some of the new additions include implementation of VP9 Video Decoding, enabling of Gamepad API and support for Opus in WebM. Interestingly Mac OSX has got an improvement - notification center support for web notifications. The new Firefox Aurora also brings volume control for HTML5 Audio and Video.
