Firefox 23 will block mixed content on HTTPS pages

Mixed Content Blocking enabled in Firefox 23

Firefox 23 which is currently in the Aurora channel will move to the beta channel on week of June 24. Mozilla has enabled mixed content blocking on HTTPS pages in Firefox 23 Aurora. This will protect users from man-in-the-middle attacks and eavesdroppers on HTTPS pages. Apart from this Firefox 23 also adds animation for swipe navigation on Mac OSX 10.7 and newer. It has also added support for bounce behavior on reaching top and bottom of documents and new scrollbar style in Mac OSX 10.7. Firefox 23 Aurora has also added a number of tools for developers.
