Microsoft Unveils Universal Office Apps For Windows 10

The excitement for Windows 10 is increasing and to give it a spark Microsoft has unveiled the next chapter of Office for Windows. The company has come out with a new set of touch and mobile friendly office apps which are being called Universal Office Apps. These apps bring the awesome Office experience which we are used to right to our mobiles, tablets and even bigger devices such as the Microsoft Surface Hub.


The universal Office apps for Windows 10 include Word, Excel, PowerPoint. OneNote and Outlook. The new office apps will be preinstalled on phones and tablets running Windows 10 and will be available to other devices via the Windows Store. Word, Excel and Powerpoint are already available for preview on tablets, laptops and PCs running Windows 10 Technical Preview.
