Opera 18 debuts for PC with draggable tabs, custom themes, support for WebRTC and more. Firstly Opera now enables you to drag tabs between windows or drag them out to create a new one. Also from now on Opera enables you to apply custom themes to the browser. The new Opera 18 integrates your webcam and microphone, allowing sites to make use of WebRTC APIs to provide lots of cool effects without plugins. Last but not the least, Opera now allows to add a new search engine by right clicking in a search field on a web page and choose 'Create Search Engine' from context menu. On the other hand, Opera for Android brings a fresh new user interface designed for tablet devices. It includes a tab bar and button for switching between normal and private windows.
